If you are not happy with your purchase, we will accept a return of an unused product within 14 days. Once we receive the returned item, Weber Furniture will then give a full refund (excluding shipping as we are unable to refund the initial shipping cost of your order).
The return will be processed in 1-2 weeks.
Weber Furniture will not issue refunds for products purchased through other entities, such as distributors or retail partners. Returned items must be delivered to us unused, in original packaging and in the condition they were received or may not be eligible for refund or be subject to a restocking fee.
We cannot be held responsible for items damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore we recommend an insured and trackable mail service.
Discounted items are not eligible for a return
We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the item(s) or proof of received return delivery. We aim to accept all returns. In the unlikely event that an item is returned to us in an unsuitable condition, we may have to send it back to you. All goods will be inspected on return.
- General Information
All orders are subject to product availability. If an item is not in stock at the time you place your order, we will notify you and refund you the total amount of your order, using the original method of payment.
- Delivery Location
Items offered on our website are only available for delivery to addresses all Capital cities and surrounding regions of Australia. We do not accept Orders to Remote areas of Australia. We don’t accept International orders.
- Delivery Time
An estimated delivery time will be provided to you once your order is placed. Delivery times are estimates and commence from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order. Delivery times are to be used as a guide only and are subject to the acceptance and approval of your order.
Unless there are exceptional circumstances, we make every effort to fulfil your order within 20 business days of the date of your order. Business day means Monday to Friday, except holidays.
Kindly note we do not ship on Sundays.
Date of delivery may vary due to carrier shipping practices, delivery location, method of delivery, and the items ordered. Products may also be delivered in separate shipments.
- Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are based on the weight of your order and the delivery method. To find out how much your order will cost, simply add the items you would like to purchase to your cart and proceed to the checkout page. Once at the checkout screen, shipping charges will be displayed.
Additional shipping charges may apply to remote areas or for large or heavy items. You will be advised of any charges on the checkout page.
Sales tax is charged according to the province or territory to which the item is shipped.
- Damaged Items in Transport
